Foundation Show
The weatherproject started as part of my Foundation course in Art and Design: from two-week project it grew into what became my final, assessed piece.
At this stage there had only been about 50 weather collections. A map drawn onto the wall showed where the European weather had come from:
On the other wall were the jars themselves, arranged into display cases that developed various themes. One case held snowy weather, another held jars collected by people related to each other but living in different countries. Naturally this wasn’t explicitly stated anywhere: people were given access to the record slips and it was up to them to cross-reference numbers with locations :)
